Digital Distribution
How long does it take for my music to appear on Spotify?
Most major DSPs go live within 24-48 hours of approval. Some platforms may take up to 7 days.
Who owns the rights to my music?
100% yours. You can be your own label. We never claim ownership of your masters or compositions.
What royalty percentage do I receive?
VIP members: 100% of master royalties, 99% of mechanical royalties. Regular customers: 95% of masters, 99% mechanical.
Will my music stay on stores indefinitely?
Yes, even if you cancel your VIP membership, unless you request takedown or violate our terms.
Copyright Registration
What documentation is required?
Personal data, your lyrics in PDF format and audio files (MP3 or voice notes).
How does the authorship certificate work?
You receive a legally valid document that proves your ownership on platforms like YouTube and in legal disputes.
How will I know when my registration is ready?
You will receive a notification when ready. You can also verify status after 2 hours using your unique identifier.
YouTube Promotion
Where does the traffic come from?
Real YouTube traffic with country and audience targeting.
Are views guaranteed?
100% of contracted views plus a small 2-5% buffer to absorb YouTube drops.
When does the campaign start?
Campaigns start within 24-72 business hours (longer if ordered on weekend).
Can I target specific countries?
Worldwide traffic by default. You can choose up to 3 specific countries on packages of 10,000+ views (+$30 USD).
Publishing Registration (BMI, ASCAP)
Why do I need a publishing account?
If you are a composer, you need an account at BMI, ASCAP, SESAC or SGAE to collect composition royalties.
Can Mh Musik register without an existing account?
Yes. Your music will generate pending revenue until you obtain your own BMI/ASCAP account.
How much does it cost to create an account?
Approximately $60 USD (free if you are VIP3 or higher).
What do I get registering with Mh Musik as publisher?
BMI: 99% of royalties (Mh Musik takes 1%). ASCAP: 50% writer share, 49% publisher share.
SoundExchange
What does Mh Musik do for SoundExchange?
We submit your release to the SoundExchange catalog. It will be added within ~5 days.
What do I need to do after submission?
Access your SoundExchange account, go to Search & Claims, select Performer Artist, find your song and assign your royalty percentage.
Refund Policy
How long is the refund window?
24 hours after purchase. After that, refunds only apply if a YouTube promotion has zero views.
Are there exceptions?
Partial refunds if the order is incomplete. 5% deduction for transaction costs.
Important restriction
No refund if you promote simultaneously with another system without valid proof.
Referral Program
How much can I earn?
10% on registration and distribution services. 7% on VIP memberships. $3-$7 per YouTube promotion package.

When can I withdraw?
After a 2-3 month validation period, you can withdraw to PayPal or Payoneer.
